Crystal Gua Sha Sculpt & Glow Ritual Facial

60/90 minutes (If you choose 90 minutes head/scalp, foot or more neck and shoulders is included) – All skin types– using organic skincare. Gua Sha is a therapeutic treatment that uses smooth stone tools to gently glide across the skin, stimulating circulation, encouraging lymphatic drainage, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. This Facial is designed to lift, sculpt, tone, revitalise and restore natural radiance to the skin while deeply relaxing the nervous system.  

Your ritual begins with a gentle crystal cleanse and exfoliation to refresh and renew the skin, followed by a sculpting face neck and shoulder massage using Gua Sha massage tools and specific face oils, the tools are naturally cool to the touch to enhance circulation, release tension and encourage a natural lift.  A soothing crystal eye mask is applied to calm and restore while targeted acupressure techniques help rebalance energy and promote deep relaxation.  The ritual is completed with deeply nourishing moisture, leaving your skin hydrated, luminous and beautifully glowing with both your skin and nervous system feeling renewed.

Ayurvedic Facial

A 60 minute deeply restorative facial for all skin types inspired by the principles of Ayurveda designed to bring balance, radiance, and wellbeing to the skin. This treatment includes a gentle cleanse, exfoliation, and a therapeutic Marma point facial massage to stimulate circulation and activate the body's vital energy points.  

Using specially blended Tri-Dosha Ayurvedic skincare products, the facial helps restore harmony to the skin while promoting deep relaxation and grounding. The Marma massage works to release tension held in the facial muscles, encouraging a natural lifting and rejuvenating effect. Holistic     Massage Body Gua Sha Massage

There is a choice of 60,90 or 120 minutes to decide between.

Rooted in the ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Gua Sha is a therapeutic treatment that uses smooth stone tools to gently glide across the skin, stimulating circulation, encouraging lymphatic drainage, and supporting the body's natural healing processes.  According to TCM, health depends on the balanced flow of Qi (vital energy) and blood throughout the body. When Qi becomes stagnant, it may contribute to tension, discomfort, dull skin, or a feeling of imbalance. Gua Sha works along the body's meridians and energy pathways to encourage the smooth movement of Qi, helping to release stagnation and restore harmony.

Seamlessly integrated into your massage Gua Sha works along the meridians and incorporates subtle acupressure techniques to restore the flow of Qi ease areas of stagnation , reduce inflammation and calm the nervous system, it is particularly beneficial for tight muscles aches or stiffness in the neck back and shoulders and can also be used effectively on the arms and legs to support overall muscular recovery.  The Gua Sha is gently heated to create a deeply comforting and warming experience.

Ayurvedic Head, Neck and Arm massage 

The 60 minute treatment also includes a face massage – perfect for head, face ,neck, shoulder and jaw tension whilst stimulating and nourishing/ conditioning of the hair and scalp. Whilst also soothing busy minds and relieving sinus/ allergy symptoms.

Ayurvedic Foot and Lower Leg

The 60 minute treatment also includes choice of face, head or hand and arm massage. Its great for  tired or aching feet also great for grounding and restoring physical and emotional energy a warm foot soak and foot scrub is followed by a warm oil foot and lower leg massage to refresh and sooth the soul.

Hot Stones Massage

60/90/120 minutes (120 minutes includes a warm or cool stone face massage)

Hot Stone Massage is based on the belief that warmth has a deeply therapeutic effect on both the body and mind. The heated stones are used as an extension of the therapist's hands, allowing heat to penetrate deep into the muscles, encouraging relaxation, easing tension, and promoting a sense of balance and wellbeing.

Relaxation and Restorative Holistic Massage

 Ideal for tired, aching muscles on a physical level deeper massage techniques to help release tension in a physically active body.     

Pregnancy/ Post Natal

There is a choice of 60 or 90 minutes. Helping mums to be and new mums on a physical and energetic level using Neals yard mothers organic massage oils. Helps to ease muscular discomfort, reduce swelling and support relaxing during each trimester. Using safe, comfortable positioning and techniques tailored to your needs.
